The Commands for this wanted system is done through console

IF you are the mayor you can type
_OpenMenu ( Opens the warrant database )
_DoPlayerDeath ( removes warrant on death )
_AddWanted ( Players name )
_DeleteWanted ( players name )
_AddWantedList ( Creates a catagory of felons )
_ChangeCrime ( Changes the players crimes )
